About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team (CRHT) at Langley Green Hospital, Crawley. As a Mental Health Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing top-quality care to individuals in crisis, working closely with the acute hospital and community teams to support clients in a mental health crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop care plans for service users with complex health presentations
  • Provide specialist nursing advice and carry out nursing procedures
  • Monitor the effectiveness of treatments and progress interventions
  • Work in partnership with service users to enable them to lead fulfilling lives
Requirements
  • Professional Registration as a Registered Nurse with current registration
  • Significant post-qualifying experience in the relevant care group
  • Experience of working alongside people with complex health problems
  • Experience of conducting clinical assessments, including risk assessments
