Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Burgess Hill.

As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring the needs of patients, collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team, and developing positive behavioral support plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient needs
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team
  • Develop positive behavioral support plans
  • Administer medications

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with a Valid NMC PIN
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Self-aware and able to seek support when needed
  • Good listening and rapport-building ability
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
