About the role: The Community Engagement Manager will oversee the daily operations and leadership of our residential community. Key responsibilities include conducting regular assessments, ensuring safe medication practices, and supervising team members. This role requires setting a positive example for the team while creating a secure and joyful environment for residents and their families.

Salary: Competitive hourly rate

Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts including both full and part-time options

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the community unit
  • Ensure the timely completion of regular assessments
  • Review and enhance residents' care plans
  • Conduct planned supervision for all team members

Training, Skills & Experience Required:

  • At least two years of leadership and management experience in a care setting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a clinical team
