About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Aid Dispenser/Audiologist to join our team in the North Cornwall area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting hearing tests, advising on and selling remedial hearing solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct hearing tests and assessments in accordance with HCPC standards and BSHAA guidelines
  • Provide expert advice on hearing solutions and sell suitable products
  • Process orders and manage administrative tasks
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
