Job Summary

MW Appointments is seeking an experienced Broker Network Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment agency, you will be responsible for managing broker partnerships, driving growth, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage broker partnerships, including account plans, pipeline development, and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with new business underwriters, account executives, and senior managers to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the UK broker marketplace.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand and manage distribution channels.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in broker network management and growth.
  • Good knowledge of the UK broker marketplace.
  • Dynamic, resourceful, and able to create and seize opportunities.
  • Strong communication and business development skills.
