We are seeking an experienced Broker Relationship Manager to join our team at The Goddard School of West Chester (Village of Marshallton), PA. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers to provide asset and financial solutions to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with brokers to identify new business opportunities and provide asset and financial solutions to their customers.
  • Attend regular meetings with brokers to discuss business opportunities and provide updates on our services.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities with brokers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to brokers and their customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our services are aligned with the needs of our broker partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Asset Finance industry, with a strong understanding of leasing and HP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with brokers and their customers.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
