Job Title: Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at GB Bank. As a key member of our property lending team, you will be responsible for originating new business, managing relationships with brokers and introducers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Relationship Manager to join a dynamic and growing bank. You will be working closely with our credit team to originate new business, negotiate and structure loan applications, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate new business and manage relationships with brokers and introducers
  • Negotiate and structure loan applications
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Work closely with our credit team to ensure smooth loan origination and approval process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key professionals, including clients, brokers, and solicitors
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in property lending
  • Strong business development skills and broad market knowledge
  • Existing network of brokers and introducers
  • Strong credit track record and in-depth knowledge of credit and lending to businesses
  • Knowledge of risk management, core lending, and financial analysis skills
