Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with a diverse portfolio of brokers, encompassing SME, Global, Corporate, and Specialty lines.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth within the broker network and implement strategies to achieve sustainable profitability.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to brokers, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge to succeed.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and efficient execution of initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges.
What We're Looking For:

We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with proven experience in the General Insurance Broker market. You should possess exceptional relationship management skills, a deep understanding of the UK GI intermediaries landscape, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven track record in Account Management within the General Insurance Broker market.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the UK General Insurance Intermediaries and marketplace.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships and influence others across diverse business areas.
  • Dynamic and adaptable personality, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicating across multiple business functions.
  • Experience in Performance and Portfolio Management, with knowledge of London markets being beneficial.
