We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our expanding team at Coburg Banks Technical. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care services
  • Conduct regular spot checks to ensure compliance with care standards and policies
  • Develop and review care plans and risk assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across domiciliary and supported living services to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Be available for on-call duties on a rotational basis to provide 24/7 support
Requirements
  • Proven experience in staff supervision, spot checks, care planning, and risk assessments
  • Ability to work flexibly, including early starts and late finishes, and be available for on-call duties
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to various locations
  • Comfortable working in both domiciliary and supported living environments
What We Offer
  • Annual salary up to £27,000
  • On-call allowance of up to £1,715 annually
  • Hourly pay rates: £12.40 on weekdays, £12.70 on weekends, 40-hour contract
  • Additional pay for overtime and weekend shifts
  • Flexible working hours with two shift pattern options
