Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care services
- Conduct regular spot checks to ensure compliance with care standards and policies
- Develop and review care plans and risk assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across domiciliary and supported living services to ensure seamless care delivery
- Be available for on-call duties on a rotational basis to provide 24/7 support
- Proven experience in staff supervision, spot checks, care planning, and risk assessments
- Ability to work flexibly, including early starts and late finishes, and be available for on-call duties
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to various locations
- Comfortable working in both domiciliary and supported living environments
- Annual salary up to £27,000
- On-call allowance of up to £1,715 annually
- Hourly pay rates: £12.40 on weekdays, £12.70 on weekends, 40-hour contract
- Additional pay for overtime and weekend shifts
- Flexible working hours with two shift pattern options
