Care Team Supervisor

About the Role
As a Team Leader at Radis Community Care, you will provide support to our extra care complex, delivering specialized care to individuals. We recognize each person's unique needs and provide a tailored service that is consistent throughout their life.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervisions and meetings to support Care Workers
- Schedule and allocate work to Care Workers, ensuring personal care and tasks are client-specific
- Support with medication, personal care tasks, and community support
- Participate in the on-call rota and provide cover for care and housing-related support duties when emergency cover is required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Team Leader is advantageous but not essential
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, working towards Level 3
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to clients' needs and expectations
