Care Team Leader Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Caremark Worcester and Malvern Hills. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our customers, while also assisting the Field Care Supervisor with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist the Field Care Supervisor with new staff introductions, ensuring they are aware of procedures and their role in providing care.
  • Report any concerns to the office regarding staff or customers.
  • Ensure medication is correct with customers.
  • Build strong relationships with staff, customers, and office staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and well-organized individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing situations.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
