About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing support to our extra care complex, ensuring that our service users receive the highest quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and support to care workers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Schedule and allocate work to care workers, ensuring that personal care and all care tasks are client-specific.
  • Support with medication, personal care tasks, and offer support within the community.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and provide cover for care and Radis' housing-related support duties when emergency cover is required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, working towards Level 3.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS check and a driving license with access to a vehicle (desirable).
