About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to join our team at Konversational, a boutique consultancy specializing in ServiceNow solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of ServiceNow for our clients, driving business success through seamless workflows and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet client needs and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and enhance features that drive customer adoption and value.
  • Build and maintain extensive technical product expertise on ServiceNow solutions and capabilities.
Requirements
  • Proficient understanding of ServiceNow's Customer Service Management (CSM) products and services.
  • Certified ITSM and/or CSM Implementation Specialist.
  • Experience working in CSM/Customer Experience environments and Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Development and/or consultancy experience with enterprise-level SaaS software solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to rapidly learn new technologies and tool sets.
