At GdC Beauty Group, we are proud to celebrate our legacy as a premier skincare authority. As we continue to expand our training division, we are seeking a dedicated Beauty Trainer to enhance our presence in the UK.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for imparting knowledge and skills related to our luxurious skincare offerings across London and the southern regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of the GdC Beauty Group brand and its unique treatment methodologies.
  • Provide exceptional training sessions to our partners and staff throughout the designated areas.
  • Encourage effective sales strategies during all training initiatives.
  • Engage with diverse audiences and adapt teaching methods to suit various learning preferences and cultural contexts.
  • Facilitate online training sessions as required.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the lead trainer at our headquarters to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver premium treatment experiences to potential clients.
  • Represent our global brand by delivering treatments to key influencers and VIP clientele.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, expense tracking, and post-training reports.
  • Ensure a high standard of hygiene and professionalism within the training environment.
  • Exhibit flexibility and readiness to support business needs as they arise.
  • Assist at industry events and customer engagements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in the Beauty/Spa sector as a therapist or trainer.
  • Qualified as a face and body therapist to NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Advanced training in electrical treatments.
  • Preferred: NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 Education and Training Certificate.
  • Consideration for NVQ / City and Guilds Level 2 with two years of experience.
  • Strong background in retail sales.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of holistic therapies, including hot stone and chakra techniques.
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license and willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays.
  • Proficient in IT applications including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
