**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team at Hermès. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our luxury brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our high-end perfume and cosmetics products.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide warm and personalized service to customers, ensuring a unique and memorable experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and use this knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to the success of our sales team by achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new product launches and promotions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

**Requirements**

  • At least two years' higher education in cosmetics sales or a related field.
  • At least one year's successful experience in a cosmetics sales role for a well-known quality house or retailer.
  • Fluent English is essential, with additional languages an advantage.
  • A keen interest in perfume and beauty products, with a good knowledge of at least one area in the sector (fragrance, skincare, makeup).
  • A warm and friendly approach, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service.
  • A genuine passion for our products and a ability to evoke imagery for customers through stories and anecdotes.
  • A strong team spirit and a willingness to share experiences and expertise with colleagues.
