About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Retail Artist to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an inspiring shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Provide personalized consultations to customers, offering expert advice on makeup and skincare solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches to ensure a high level of product knowledge.
  • Contribute to the creation of an engaging and welcoming store environment that reflects the Bobbi Brown brand.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail or beauty-related role, with a strong understanding of makeup and skincare products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
