About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Makeup Artist to join our team at Trinny London Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert makeup advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a range of makeup services, including pre-booked appointments and walk-ins, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver impeccable customer service, sharing your knowledge and expertise with each client.
  • Embody the Trinny London brand and style, consistently delivering a high-quality experience to our customers.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with our education and training team to stay up-to-date with the latest makeup trends and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, providing expert advice and recommendations to clients.
Requirements
  • Experience in a retail position, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Passion for makeup and skincare, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
