Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Beauty Expert to join our team. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Service - Achieve individual sales goals by making connections with customers, demonstrating products, and providing brow treatments.
- Brow Services - Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
- Teamwork - Collaborate with team members to ensure all counter and business needs are met.
- Promotions and Special Events - Support in-store and external events, including new product releases and charity events.
- Administration - Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with counter manager administration as needed.
- Hygiene and Housekeeping - Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual who is passionate about the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
