Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Beauty Expert to join our team in London. As a Beauty Expert, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert advice on our products, and helping our customers to achieve their beauty goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every customer leaves the store feeling happy and satisfied.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services and be able to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Help customers to achieve their beauty goals by providing personalized makeovers and product recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to ensure that the store looks its best at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a beauty or retail environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • You must be able to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of beauty products and services is a must.
  • You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and bank holidays.
