Job Summary

Artisan People Group is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Coordinator/Manager to join our NPD Team. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our headquarters and two days remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the regulatory strategy and provide day-to-day support for the development and launch of compliant products.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all regulatory queries within the business and collaborate with external parties for additional advice.
  • Work closely with internal and external cross-functional departments, including our Responsible Person, regulatory agencies, authorities, and professional associations.
  • Collect and share technical information in a clear and concise manner, requiring strong organizational skills.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of regulatory experience in the cosmetic or personal care industry.
  • A degree in Cosmetic Science, Biochemistry, Law, or Biology is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, translate findings into actionable plans, and effectively communicate regulatory matters to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial sense and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
