Job Title: Senior NPD Manager - Colour Cosmetics

We are seeking an experienced Senior NPD Manager to lead our Colour Cosmetics team. As a key member of our Product Development department, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products and managing the end-to-end NPD process from inception to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative product concepts that meet our brand's vision and strategy.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Creative, to drive product development and launch.
  • Lead the day-to-day relationships with contract manufacturers and represent the Charlotte Tilbury brand in communication and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Colour Cosmetics product development, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to delegate and coach team members.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the beauty industry, with knowledge of brands, products, and trends.
