The Role: Head of R&D

As our Head of R&D, you will lead the development of groundbreaking cosmetic products from concept to launch. Reporting directly to the Chief Innovation Officer, you will build a team of experts and collaborate with external laboratories and suppliers to bring innovative formulas to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy for both formulation and packaging development, integrating it into our long-term product development plans.
  • Spearhead the investigation and evaluation of cutting-edge technologies to fuel our innovation pipeline.
  • Oversee the technical development of new cosmetic products in collaboration with external laboratories and suppliers.
  • Manage all technical aspects related to manufacturing, stability testing, and troubleshooting potential issues.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within the industry to ensure access to the latest advancements and resources.
  • Build and lead a high-performing R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and regulations in the cosmetic industry to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
