About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team of Retail Artists at MAC Cosmetics. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Retail Artists to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and execute a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and exceptional customer relationship management
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure operational excellence
  • Collaborate with the team to create and execute in-store events and promotions
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the MAC Cosmetics brand values

Requirements

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in the beauty or fast-paced retail industry
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
