Position: Marketing Specialist (Maternity Cover)
Salary: Pro rata of £23,264 - £25,424 per annum (i.e. £11,632 - £12,712)
Hours: 18.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a dynamic and imaginative marketing expert to join our Marketing and Communications team at the Chichester College Group (CCG) on a temporary maternity cover basis. Our organization is on an ambitious path, and we are seeking skilled marketing professionals to accompany us on this journey.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing marketing initiatives and events aimed at enhancing visibility and boosting enrollment for a diverse array of courses and qualifications available across the colleges within CCG. Your expertise will be vital in providing insights and guidance on innovative marketing strategies to foster growth and future offerings.
As part of an established brand, you will engage in the creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage a combination of print, digital, and event-based strategies to support our marketing efforts. Additionally, you will collaborate with fellow Marketing team members to synchronize targeted activities across our websites and social media platforms, maximizing exposure through public relations and media opportunities.
As our Marketing Specialist – Higher Education & Adult, you should possess, or be in pursuit of, a marketing qualification or have relevant industry experience that aligns with this role.
Given the nature of this position, occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to acquire valuable experience across various marketing disciplines while being part of a well-established Marketing team.

This position is a fixed-term maternity cover, lasting up to a maximum of one year, or until the return, resignation, or replacement of the current postholder, whichever occurs first.
