We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Specialist to join our team at Use Brandable, a results-driven digital marketing agency based in the UK. As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, managing projects, and acting as the primary client contact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media Campaign Execution: Execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive maximum ROI for our clients.
  • Project Management: Efficiently manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards, using tools such as ClickUp.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling communication, approvals, and reporting to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement project management strategies to drive business growth and meet client objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team on tasks such as blog writing, email marketing, and SEO initiatives to enhance our services and deliver exceptional results.
  • Marketing Strategy: Plan, implement, and manage effective marketing strategies for client accounts to drive business growth and meet client objectives.
Requirements
  • Media Buying Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in media buying (Google Ads & Meta Ads) with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Account Management: At least 1 year of account management experience, with direct client interaction and strategy development responsibilities.
  • SEO Experience: Experience in overseeing and reporting on SEO campaigns to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Platform Experience: Ideally, you would also have some experience with Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Skills
  • English Skills: Strong English skills, with copywriting ability and an eye for design to create engaging content.
  • Creative and Analytical: Creative yet analytical, with a track record of generating innovative ideas to drive business growth.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Analytics Knowledge: High-level knowledge of Google Analytics and other third-party analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and drive data-driven decisions.
  • CRM Experience: Experienced in utilizing CRMs to manage client data, enhance client communication, and optimize marketing strategies.
