E-Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join our esteemed organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure systems.

This position is centered around customer satisfaction, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders across the business, as well as coordination with external service providers when necessary. The Infrastructure Engineer will serve as a critical escalation point for junior team members and the broader organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal performance and reliability of enterprise infrastructure and associated systems through effective monitoring and regular maintenance practices, safeguarding all systems and enabling swift recovery in case of disasters.
  • Deliver 3rd line support, maintaining a high standard of customer service through the efficient management of tickets escalated from 1st and 2nd line support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing a diverse range of infrastructure services, including:
  • Proficiency in Windows Server 2016 or later (installation, management, and troubleshooting), Azure cloud services with a focus on virtual machine configuration, Azure Virtual Machine, and Azure Site Recovery.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Microsoft networking services (DNS and DHCP), Hyper-V (including Cluster Services), and/or VMware ESXi.
  • Solid understanding of networking principles and basic administrative skills.
  • Experience with Office 365 administration, encompassing Exchange Online, SharePoint Administration, Entra, MFA, Azure Arc, and Microsoft 365 Security.
