We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team at E-Resourcing. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Support: Provide 3rd line support for enterprise infrastructure and associated systems, ensuring optimal performance and stability through regular monitoring and preventative maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service through prompt and efficient handling of tickets from 1st and 2nd line escalation.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2016 or above, Azure cloud services, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), and other relevant technologies.
  • Networking and Administration: Have a good general knowledge of networking principles and basic administration ability.
  • Office 365 Administration: Possess knowledge of Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Administration, and other related services.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, Intune, and other relevant technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
