Night Operations Supervisor

Job Type: Guaranteed Hours

Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort

Hours: Typically follows a 4 on 4 off shift pattern of 7:30pm - 7:30am

Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid

At the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, we are seeking a dedicated Night Operations Supervisor to oversee our night shift team.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of Front of House Assistants during the night, ensuring that our overnight guests enjoy a safe and pleasant stay. You will address guest feedback promptly and ensure that the hotel night team is well-informed about any guest inquiries.

As a leader, you will inspire your team to provide exceptional guest experiences, fostering their development into knowledgeable service providers and empowering them to meet and exceed guest satisfaction targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a hospitality setting.
  • Experience in customer service or guest relations, showcasing a commitment to high standards of service.
  • Ability to work night shifts as per operational requirements.
  • A self-driven leader with strong communication skills and a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Opera PMS is a plus.
  • Must be able to arrange travel for night shifts.
  • Applicants must be over the age of 18 due to the nature of the role.
