Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team at one of our hotels. As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift, including supervising staff, managing guest services, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of night staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Manage guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, and resolving guest complaints.
- Conduct regular security inspections and ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed.
- Assist in training and developing night staff, including providing feedback and coaching.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of night shift activities, including guest interactions, staff performance, and any incidents or issues.
- Collaborate with other departments, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and high standards of quality and safety.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
