Fragrance Counter Supervisor
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Fragrance Counter Supervisor to lead our team of Fragrance Specialists, inspiring them to achieve sales, customer service, and operational excellence. If you enjoy taking charge of a vibrant business strategy and excel at building lasting customer relationships, this role may be ideal for you.
Picture our stores as an enchanting experience for the senses, where customers can explore a variety of scents and textures that evoke their feelings. As a Fragrance Counter Supervisor, you will bring this extraordinary in-store experience to life through your strong business insight and effective leadership of a high-performing team.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the seamless operation of the counter and aligning all team members with the Brand's vision. You will also be tasked with mentoring and empowering your team, helping them to exceed their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as your own.

Qualifications- About You You will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in retail management or assistant management, ideally within the Beauty sector or a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience in setting sales and customer service targets, analyzing sales data, and managing staff schedules.
- A background in retail operations, including inventory management and cash handling.
- A proven track record in leading, coaching, and developing a successful team.
- Experience in organizing and executing in-store events.
- Flexibility in availability across various days and hours, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Verification of the right to live and work in the country.
