About Us
Marshall Motor Group stands as one of the UK's leading automotive dealer networks, representing a diverse range of esteemed car, van, truck, and motorcycle manufacturers across numerous dealerships nationwide.
We prioritize our employees as much as our customers. As part of the Constellation Automotive Group, which encompasses Webuyanycar, cinch, and BCA, we offer substantial opportunities for career development and personal growth.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as a crucial link between our clientele and the workshop team. Positioned at the forefront of our showroom, your enthusiasm for assisting customers will be key. Comprehensive training will be provided, so prior experience in an automotive dealership is not a prerequisite. Your initial weeks will involve an induction program, shadowing experienced colleagues, and a buddy system to facilitate your transition into this role.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in customer service is essential.
- A genuine passion for enhancing the customer journey and delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage customer expectations through regular communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage your own customer portfolio.
- Confidence in addressing complex customer issues professionally, seeking management support when necessary.
- Proficient with technology, preferably with experience using CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships prior to their appointments, welcoming them upon arrival.
- Facilitate a positive customer experience throughout their journey with us.
- Act as a representative for both the business and the customer, guiding them towards favorable outcomes.
- Accurately complete all administrative tasks related to customer interactions.
- Proactively assist customers with their future needs.
- Collaborate with team members to promote outstanding customer service and retention.
