Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Chris Eastwood Automotive Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, salient figures, and statistics. They will contribute to the effective operation and development of the dealership by providing advice and information on all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including balance sheets and financial reports.
  • Reconcile all balance sheets monthly and ensure that any site-based discrepancies or issues are communicated to the Group Financial Controller.
  • Adhere to financial controls and policies without exception, in line with company policy and audit standards.
  • Prepare files for both internal and external auditors when requested.
  • Reconcile and attend vehicle and part stock-takes, and provide input into the annual budget and re-forecasts, including weekly forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced management accounting position.
  • Experience working to tight accounting deadlines.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Previous motor retail experience is essential for this role.
