Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing customer support tasks and experiences, assisting the sales team to achieve quality objectives and business goals, and providing commercial support to the account manager and business development manager team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated group of customer accounts, including quoting and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Initiate and coordinate customer returns process, driving to close service calls to provide a great customer experience.
  • Monitor and respond to website, phone call, and inbox enquiries.
  • Load Sales Orders onto SAP, once details have been verified for accuracy.
  • Push quotes to orders to provide accurate sales quote analysis and accuracy.
  • Monitor and correctly assign items from the sales inbox to either the customer service/account manager and Business Development Team – including Leads.
  • Answer and monitor calls – logging as an activity through TWG CRM.
  • Liaise with other departments to support customer documentation requirements.

  • Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • Able to conduct data analytics
