Requirements
  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with teachers, students, and other stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is desirable, but not essential; we welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills and a passion for education.
  • A proactive and resilient approach to challenges, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one, ensuring the safeguarding of children and young people.
