Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at VML Enterprise Solutions. As a key member of our Service Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of contracted eCommerce services to one or more clients
  • Ensure that escalations and communications are managed in line with documented contract standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Service Delivery operations professionals
  • Build and maintain critical relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of service reports and analysis to identify opportunities for service improvement and cost savings
  • Undertake regular service reviews and provide recommendations for service enhancements
  • Ensure that changes, releases, patches, or upgrades to client production environments are managed effectively and in a timely manner
  • Conduct root cause analysis for all Severity 1 incidents and identify opportunities for service improvement
  • Ensure that support activities are managed within contracted support budgets
