Job Summary

As a key member of our Quality senior management team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring an effective quality management system that ensures the highest standards of quality and safety in our operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a quality management system that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of Quality Assurance specialists in the development and implementation of quality management systems and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to operational areas to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement quality improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the quality and safety agenda is aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Directorate to develop and implement a quality strategy that supports the organization's mission and objectives.
