Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the location, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, internal stakeholders, and external partners to promote a sense of community and inclusivity.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of communal areas, working closely with our property colleagues and contractors to ensure high standards are met.
- Manage the location's budget and service charge accounts, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
- Provide support and guidance to residents, signposting them to relevant health and social services as needed.
- Promote inclusion and social events, encouraging residents to engage with Anchor and their community.
- Build resident confidence by ensuring their views are acted upon, managing expectations, and delivering on our commitments.
- Resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring the customer is kept informed throughout.
