About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Location Manager to join our team at Anchor. As a key member of our housing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our locations and providing exceptional support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the location, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, internal stakeholders, and external partners to promote a sense of community and address any concerns.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the location, working closely with our property colleagues and contractors to ensure high standards are met.
  • Manage the location's budget and service charge accounts, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
  • Provide support and guidance to residents, signposting them to relevant health and social services as needed.
  • Promote inclusion and social events, encouraging residents to engage with Anchor and their community.
  • Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring resident satisfaction and confidence in our services.
