About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Lead to join our team in Wiltshire Childrens Community Health Services. As a key member of our Business Support function, you will provide day-to-day line management of a team of up to 8 administrative staff, ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing secretarial, administrative, and organisational support across the full range of office and service activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct line management of administrative staff, including regular one-to-one meetings, supervision sessions, appraisals, and training and development.
  • Manage absence, conduct return to work interviews, and absence monitoring meetings in line with organisational policies.
  • Liaise with other Business Support Team Leaders to ensure adequate coverage of all service areas.
