Ashberry Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Client Support Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-respected client based in the outskirts of Preston, near Fulwood.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of a portfolio of policies for Corporate and Individual clients.
  • Provide exceptional support by being the first point of contact for clients.
  • Maintain the firm's bespoke customer database, ArchAngel, at all times.
  • Respond to client queries accurately and professionally, and maintain clear and concise records for audit purposes.
  • Provide administration support to Client Support Advisers and Independent Insurance Consultants.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Frank all outgoing mail and ensure timely delivery.
  • Verify the accuracy of documentation received from insurers.
  • Ensure that your allocated task list is up-to-date and compliant with the firm's SLA's.
  • Ensure that all client information is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
  • Maintain good working relationships with insurance companies.
  • Receive visitors and provide a warm welcome.
  • Perform other ad hoc administration duties as required.
Requirements
  • Proficient in using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent customer service skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Clear and professional telephone manner and listening skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Demonstrate a drive and positive approach to work, with a determination and motivation to achieve tasks accurately and efficiently.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary of £21,000 per annum.
  • 35 hours per week, with a flexible schedule.
  • Mon - Thurs: 09:00-17:00, Fri: 09:00-16:00.
