About the Role

Pareto FM is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic HR Partnership: Work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  2. HR Consultancy: Provide expert guidance to leadership on human resources-related issues, including HR policy interpretation and guidance.
  3. Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations as needed.
  4. Performance Management: Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  5. Organisational Development: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict management.
  6. Talent Acquisition: Support the talent acquisition process by working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define job roles, and participate in interviews.
  7. Talent Management: Drive talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  8. Learning & Development: Identify training needs within staff and partner with the Learning & Development Manager to implement appropriate programs.
  9. HR Metrics: Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to the leadership team, helping to drive data-informed decision-making.
  10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations, as well as internal company processes.
Requirements
  1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
