Key Responsibilities:

As a software engineer, you will be tasked with delivering immersive technology projects for both defense and private sectors. Your responsibilities will encompass the structure, delivery, and execution of exciting initiatives that support their established clientele.

Additional duties will include identifying opportunities to leverage immersive technology for training modernization, enhancing the effectiveness of client training programs.

In addition to the ongoing personal development opportunities provided, you will have the chance to work on a diverse array of projects, including augmented reality, artificial intelligence, web, and mobile applications.

Responsibilities as a Virtual Reality Software Engineer:

Lead the foundational coding architecture for immersive technology projects, providing essential support to the team. Ensure that relevant subcontractors receive necessary assistance throughout the development and delivery phases of projects. Maintain high code quality through industry-standard practices and thorough documentation. Collaborate with the change management team on project proposals and outlines. Stay informed by conducting research to identify emerging technologies, companies, and solutions in the market. Undertake any additional tasks required to ensure the success of the role and effectively support the Business Unit.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Proven ability to utilize gaming technologies to create engaging experiences. Proficient in Unreal Engine, capable of transforming creative concepts into reality. Demonstrable experience in Virtual Reality development, crafting immersive virtual environments. Familiarity with essential software tools, including Source Control and Visual Studio. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, providing a solid foundation for innovation and advancement.
