Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Professional to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As an Insurance Professional, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and guidance to our customers, helping them to navigate the complex world of insurance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance products and risk management strategies.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement sales strategies.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance providers and industry partners.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring that our operations are efficient and effective.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and risk management strategies.
    • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a track record of success in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
