Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with our technicians and workshop control to ensure that vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards, and that customers are kept informed of the status of their vehicle.
- Offer expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services, ensuring that they are fully informed and able to make informed decisions.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure that customers are aware of our latest offers and promotions.
