Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As a key member of our expert team, you will be responsible for leveraging our expertise in enterprise application tools, deployment methods, and support services to adapt these tools to a new automation capability.

About the Role

As a Solutions Architect, you will be the main point of contact for supporting end users, addressing project instances, and resolving application-related incidents within the development environment. You will work closely with our team to maintain services in alignment with production environment baselines and security compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement application deployment practices, including the use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC).
  • Maintain services in alignment with production environment baselines and security compliance standards.
  • Utilize monitoring and logging tools to ensure service continuity, along with expertise in security best practices for configuring and maintaining both enterprise and desktop applications.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex problems to develop effective solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in application deployment practices, including IaC and CaC.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
