In response to a surge in project demands, they are looking to hire a Real Estate Sales Consultant to oversee a substantial initiative in the Twickenham vicinity of West London.


Job Overview:


The primary goal is to facilitate a successful sales operation, meeting objectives and pricing targets while upholding the Company’s standards and delivering exceptional service.


Key Duties:

  • Optimize profits by achieving new home sales in accordance with established targets, including legal completions and selling prices.
  • Provide attentive service to all potential and current buyers, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Share knowledge regarding the Company’s property types, specifications, and processes.
  • Align available developments with customer needs to maximize sales opportunities, ensuring all clients are properly qualified.
  • Maintain the presentation of show homes, completed properties, and the sales office to the agreed standards, including adequate signage.
  • Ensure all documentation and site administration are current, completing required reports within set deadlines. Provide weekly updates to management.
  • Utilize marketing strategies effectively and report on their success to maintain a steady sales rate.
  • Conduct thorough local market research and competitor analysis to demonstrate a strong understanding of the area and current market conditions.
  • Promote mortgage options, including referrals to Independent Mortgage Advisors, managing transactions to ensure timely completions.
  • Stay informed about all legal requirements relevant to the role.
  • Build and sustain effective working relationships with internal colleagues and external contacts, particularly with the Sales Manager and Site Manager.

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 months of experience in New Homes Sales, either with a Residential Developer or a reputable real estate agency.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, demonstrating a proactive approach.
  • Professional demeanor.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary up to £32,000.
  • On-target earnings of £50,000.
  • Uncapped commission potential of up to £20,000 (£5,000 per quarter).
