About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support and care to individuals with autism and complex needs in a community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Support individuals with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Encourage participation in activities and outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Experience in care and support work, preferably in a community-based setting.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols.
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and satisfactory references required.
