Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team at Savills Management Resources. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our tenants, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at the reception desk, ensuring the area is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to all visitors, employees, and tenants, responding to queries and requests in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including tenants, employees, and contractors, to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports to the Building Management team, highlighting any issues or concerns.
  • Access Control: Manage access control systems, including signing in visitors and employees, and closing down expired permits.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge, and assist in the training of cover staff.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Team Player: Be a team player with strong customer service skills, able to provide a helpful and polite service.
  • Organisational Skills: Possess good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Confidentiality: Be able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Working Hours and Salary

Operational hours: 7am-6pm. Allocated shift: 9am-6pm. Salary: £30,885.
