Job Title: HR Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Omega. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders, driving talent acquisition and development, and implementing HR systems and processes to improve employee engagement and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Lead talent acquisition and development initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Design and implement HR systems and processes to improve employee engagement, experience, and productivity
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and career growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform HR decisions and strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and talent development
  • Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
