Omega is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in executing our HR strategy, driving business outcomes, and delivering exceptional employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives, including talent acquisition, change management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure the organization has the necessary workforce with the capability to deliver core services while managing labor costs and developing future bench strength.
  • Provide support and deliver training on various HR topics, including interviewing, coaching, and performance management.
  • Conduct recruiting processes, including interviews and selection, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and conduct new-employee inductions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and proven progressive experience in an operations environment.
  • Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders, including senior leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Knowledge of HR/people systems, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Demonstrated functional knowledge of governmental regulations and laws that impact the employment relationship.
  • Experience working in an industrial company, specifically aerospace and defense, is highly preferred.
